"Dear Developer,

We are reaching out regarding your apps — ZCrazy Clicker, ZTeens, ZClick Counter... — which were published on our store following standard pre-release review. Our team has recently observed that these apps now include a global chat feature that was not present or disclosed during the initial testing and approval process.

Given that this feature enables real-time communication between users, including minors, we would like to understand:

Why this feature was not included in your pre-release submission

How this feature is moderated, if at all

What age verification or safety mechanisms are in place to protect young users

We take the safety of our users very seriously, especially minors, and we want to ensure that all apps on our store meet our safety and compliance standards.

In the meantime, we have temporarily limited the visibility of your apps while we complete our review.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to your response.

I no longer want to create apps because I have already lost many of my previous apps. If anyone is interested in my work, please contact KaiOS support at developersupport@kaiostech.com. Thank you for understanding.
